JEAN ANTOINE PETIT-SENN

Hello, a little about me ... number one I am a happy mom and a wife with a passion for health, wellness and creative expression. I worked as an architect in urban design for a number of years, but found an undying love for nutrition, movement and the arts. I also navigated some rough waters in life, but coming back to mind~body presence with nutrition, movement, and creative expression; always empowered me to move forward in life. Let's face it, "Life Happens", but if we are connected to ourselves, community and love, we can endure and maybe come out a little better. I am commited to wholistic health, wellness and creative living. I am so excited to share it with you!

 

Through my program I provide practical tools that you can use every day to manage stress, set boundaries, develop and enjoy healthy relationships. My coaching is based on bio-individuality (not everyone's nutrional, emotional and physical needs are the same) . Together we will discover the true influences that drive your lifestyle and ways that we can improve balance in all areas of life. In return, you will feel more motivated, invigorated, and happy:!)

I am a Certified IIN (Institute of Integrated Nutrition) Health and Wellness Coach, Yoga Instructor, and a Artist dedicated to wholistic coaching based on bio-individualty. Take a first step with me to embrace the "Circle of Life". Walk down the path of  self-care, self-love, emotional well-being, and work-life balance to find elevated health and happiness and the joy of creative living.
